Langsame Internetverbindung

Hi!

I have a cabel internet and it's been 3 days my internet is very slow. The wifi connects normally, and I can use WhatsApp, instagram and Netflix, but all other websites and phone apps don't work. I have already restarted the router and disconnected the cable.

Hope you can help me, because I really need the internet back to work!!!!

Have you used the network assistant to check whether there is a fault?

And have you checked all cables?
