My cable internet is not working almost 2 days. I tried to reconnect router but still even the WIFI name is not coming up. It is lately so bad connection. No clue why, try to call customer service no response, just waiting for 15 min no one replied. Can someone give me an idea what to do!!! I am livening in Pempelfort Düsseldorf, does it related to area?
