I need to activate pause for my Cable contract

I have a Cable internet connection which I would like to pause for 4 months. I will be out of country from Nov 2023 until feb 2023 and is it possible to pause the contract for 4 months?

Since my German language is not so good, is it possible to get the support in English if it is possible to pause the contract?
