I got billed for Wi-FI

I need help in english.

I canceled my wifi susbscription 2 months ago and I sent back the device and I alrady got confirmation that the device was received. This month I got billed 31 euros for no reason. Can somebody explain to me please?

Did you receive confirmation of cancellation? Has the minimum contract term (24 months) already ended? Simply returning the hardware does NOT end the contract!
