Hello,

 

I am moving into a new apartment and I want to transfer my internet contract  to the new address. When I go on MeinVodafone and fill out the new address it says that the submission was successful and the address was verified, but I have not received any confirmation on email. I did the same thing 2 weeks ago and did also not receive any email or other form of confirmation.

 

I am moving houses this Wednesday so I need assistance quite urgently. As I need assitance in English, calling customer service has turned out to very unhelpful. Could anyone from Vodafone help me please?
