DSL connection (FritzBox)

Hi, I have a new FritzBox. It was installed recently (3 days ago)

The previous owner had the same configuration with Vodafone and the connection was awesome.

But my connection is broken every few hours.
The contract should start on June 1st. Can this be a root cause?

I tried to call support, but unfortunately, I don't speak Germany and could not get help there.

What is it about now? Cable or DSL?

What kind of Fritzbox is it?
