Cannot connect to WIFI but able to access internet with guest wifi

Hi Team,
I just got new internet contract, I was able to do all the setup. When I'm connect with LAN cable, internet works fine. But if I try ro connect with WIFI, it is connecting to the SSID. Interesting part is try to connect with Guest Wi-Fi SSID I'. able to connect with internet.

I'm expecting you help, please do the needful

this is a customer to customer forum, therefore you cannot "expect" something from Vodafone here

try a factory reset (press and hold reset buttom for at least 20 seconds with a paper clip)
