Hi,
I hope this inquiry finds you well.
I have requested that this balance be transferred to my new bank account (which is supposedly the only one shown in the Vodafone system). However, customer service has transferred this balance to my old bank account (which Vodafone is not supposed to have because I changed my old IBAN with my new IBAN). Also, I do not have access to the old IBAN because I have cancelled this bank account. Please transfer the remaining balance to my NEW bank account. I am trying to contact with Vodafone, but you are insisting on not to help (I reached https://www.vodafone.de/contact/rf/contactform.jsp and customer service from direct message, but neither are unable to help me.).
