Hello Vodafone,
I have a contract with the "Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable" tariff for 34.99€ per month, and the billing was okay until November 2022.
November 10th - an amount of 11,13 euros was charged (and it is not on the MeinVodafone page)
November 25th - a usual monthly amount of 34,99 euros was charged (and it is showing on the MeinVodafone page as November bill)
December 8th - an amount of 48,17 euros was charged (and it is not on the MeinVodafone page)
December 28th - a usual monthly amount of 34,99 euros was charged (and it is showing on the MeinVodafone page as December bill)
January 11th - an amount of 53,98 euros was charged (and it is not on the MeinVodafone page)
A total amount of 113,48 euro was charged for nothing! I am requesting this sum to be returned to my bank account. Please advise where I can send my account details.
