Hello,
I have orderd internet connection, so the router was sent to my new appartment. since i havent moved to the new appartment i was not able to recive the router delivered by DHL. Now when i look at the DHL tracking, it shows that the router was sent back to vodafone itself. So i tried calling Vodofone hotline but unfortunatly they dont support in English language. So may i know what i need to do next. Whom i can contact for English customer support.

In this case there will probably be a cancellation if the router comes back as undeliverable. What kind of technology did you order - DSL, cellular network or internet via the TV cable connection?

Have a little patience until a mod from Vodafone West / ex-Unitymedia can report here. They can arrange for the router to be re-shipped as soon as the package has arrived in logistics.
