You have to contact Vodafone, not the other way around...

You are in Germany and have signed a contract in German language stating that also sole support language is German. So if you are unable to speak German, it's up to YOU to learn GERMAN (or get a translator on your own expenses).

If you move to another country which language you are unable to speak, it's only on your side to get a translator if necessary! And this does not only apply to Germany, but to all other countries in the world.

Yes I am in Germany and I am regret that decission everyday... Bay the way in other countries you do not have such problems as alwasy you will find someone who is speaking English...

Still I am waiting for someone who is speaking English to contact me!!

This may be true for countries with English native speakers, but you will even have problems in other countries like:

* Italy

* Spain

* France

* Russia

* Korea (even South Korea)

* Japan

Just to name some...

There won't be anyone to contact you - you have to contact Vodafone!

That especially applies if you did not opt-in to personalized advertisement, because then Vodafone is not even allowed to contact you at all, no matter how much you ask here for contact.
