I have been using Unitymedia-Vodafone since 2019. I never had any issues with internet till last month. But, now during 3-4 weeks, it is quite frustrating to keep using wifi becuase it is disconnecting every 15 minutes. I cannot attend any meeting, have any steady calls or watch TV even as it is bufferring a lot and keeps on disconnecting.
Can you please urgently help me, I have tried all easy options of replugging, restarting etc.

Rental Device
Internet keeps on disconnecting every 5-10 minutes.
How is your device connected tothe modem? - Wifi
Which browser do you usually use? (e.B. Firefox) - Smart TV, Google Mini, Home smart bulbs keeps disconnecting
Beginning and period of the disturbance - since last two weeks.
DOCSIS is showing as online.
Which measures were carried out by the fault hotline (reachable under 0800-5266625)? Speaks German so no use.
In which state do you live? Frankfurt, Hesen
