Problem with fritzbox 7530 no ipv6

How do I activate ipv6 I tried everything I changed all possible settings but it tells me that ARTF is not available, ipv4 works, but the internet does not work for me, when I enter the notification, it writes me Vorwahl and Leitung ID, your colleagues said that they can not help me with that, Norman can you help me?

You do not have an active DSL contract or your FritzBox is not configured properly to use the credentials that you were given by your ISP!

This information only shows up if you do not have an active DSL contract - but this is needed in order to get any kind of internet connectivity.
