Hello,

  I have been experiencing extremely slow internet speeds since yesterday. Can someone please have a look what is the issue.  I am getting less than 5 Mbps speed at the moment.

sorry for the delayed response. My Zip code is 80995. It has been more than a week. It is getting worse and worse. Now I am getting 2Mbps. Can you please help. I cannot work.

I don't see a general restriction in the DSL area at this postcode.

Hello Heike,

  Thanks for the reply. I raised a complaint(Storung) with Vodafone yesterday. I got a call from the technician today and he said there was some cable issue and they have fixed it. Now it is working properly. 

I have a follow up question. For more than 10 days I had this issue.  Is there a way I can get the bill for this month reduced? Kindly advise
