i want to cancel my dsl contract because I will not use it . I'm actually moving from Germany to my home country because my residence permit got expired so I want to come back to my home country .
i read in your policy that in this case, I can cancel tje contract immediately . Please guide me through the process and also I can send you my information like account number or my permeable resistance to just make Sure that i cannot use your device again .
it was hard for me to do it via the costumer service number because sadly I don't speak English and I also couldn't get in touch with someone who speak English so it was a pain without any good results ....
