Netflix Unable to Connect Problem

Hello, I have a cable-smart tv which already connected to my DSL. Currently unable to connect Netflix even though with the same connection I could able to watch it via my laptop. Netflix told me that internet provider should fixed that problem. Anyone encounters with the same issue? What should I have to do about it?

 Hey Erenugur,

if you can watch netflix via your laptop, its most likely not an issue related to the dsl connection itself. Did you try to contact the manufacturer of the smart-tv?

Is it possible to connect the tv via a lancable, so that we can sort out wlan as a possible source of error?
