HI, I had subscribed to the wifi wifi hotspot on the 13/12/2018, however what connected to the w wifi only on 22.12.2018 when the mail with login details came in.
1) May I ask from when I've been billed?
2) I would like to know so when is the last day of using this wifi?
3) What is your cancellation policy?

Hi Shabana,
the first day is the 13.12.2018. Because there is no cancelation of the contract, it is not possible to say a last day.
You can cancel the contract within 4 weeks. It's been debited twice so far.
