Dear Vodafone Team,
I am writing to You regarding my Internet problems.
Let me describe the problem.
First of all, Internet is not very stable on all the devices. It loses connection after using the device for a while. I use video applications for video conference a lot and it is very annoying as it disconnects. When I use one device connected to the Internet and I want to turn on another device for example a laptop also connected to the same network, automatically the first device loses connection to the Internet. Above problems are very common.
Secondly, I was looking for a solution to the problem on your site. What I found was to disconnect router for 3 minutes and after that problem will be fixed, but nothing happend.
Could You please check Internet traffic, or what is the problem and fix it as soon as posible?

We will be happy to check what is causing the dropouts. Before that, please answer the questions in which state you live, which router you use and whether the interference also occurs via LAN cable.

Hi,
According to the system, the 2.4 and 5GHz still have the same SSID (name). Please give both networks their own SSID and then test the networks separately.
