No, I have not received the details yet, by email or post. I tried to contact customer care but unfortunately I cannot converse in German.

Hi Stephan,
I have my name on the mailbox and I receive all other mail without any issues.
I requested for a new activation code. I understand that it is sent by email also as I have registered my email address already but I still have not received it.
Could you kindly send the new activation code by PM? The images were not very clear.
Also as a first time user, should i add a new cable contract in the My vodafone website and use my activation code there?
