I‘d like to get a refund for the hotspot flat contract

Hallo,

I got the Kundennummer and Aktivierungscode today and tried to connect to some hotspot/homespot which I was able to reach from my place, but it never worked although the routers seem to be near me.

Before I got the Aktivierungscode I heard that it would take a few days, so I got a vodafone hotspot ticket valid for a week, but that one never worked either. 

I know that I need to give a notice 4 weeks before canceling the contract, but it did not work for a single time so I‘d like to cancel my contract right away and get a refund if vodafone withdraws my money.

Could someone tell me what I should do in this case? Sorry for writing in English and thank you in advance!

so you charge me anyway although it is not possible to use the internet without the activation! 

Ok, it's just my bad that I made a contract with Vodafone.

So is my contract cancelled now or should I still send a contact form?

the necessary data for the activation was sent in time. Therefore, we cannot refund any fees here.

The contract will be terminated on 06.09.2018.
