How to cancel my WLAN-Hotspot-Flat

I applied WLAN-Hotspot-Flat online last year. 

But I will leave Germany about one month later so I want to stop my contract.

However， I forget the user name and password tp login my account.

What should I do now to cancel my WLAN-Hotspot-Flat？

I also ask the custom service, but they ask me to " visit our Vodafone forum under forum.vodafone.de. Open a new thread for your questions and have a little patience. One of my colleagues will take care of your problem."

This confirmation simply contains the end of the contract. After this date, this contract is terminated for you.
