Hallo! Yesterday I bought hotspot ticket for a week and today I already don't have access to internet. In this time period I restarted phone once. I'm using the same MAC adress and the same phone but it's not connecting with internet anymore.
do all hotspots not work or only one? What message do you get when you log in?
I have no option to choose several Hotspots but only one. When I log in I see only my Hotspot ticket status and options to buy new ticket and redeem voucher which is already done.
then the colleagues from the hotspot tickets have to check the whole thing.
