Homespot or hotspot is not showing up in Wifi connections | Cancelled the ticket

I trusted Vodafone homespot and took 2 monthly homespot tickets for my home office. My trust towards vodafone did not go very well. It just worked for 1 week and then i could not even see the wifi name under  wifi connections.

 

I have cancelled the tickets and dropped an email to support but no proper response.

 

My request is: I don’t want the payment to be deducted for next month.

 

Anyone who can help?

You have to clarify the contract with the Hotspot Ticket colleagues. I have purchesed 2 months tickets[Valid till mid of October-2020] (Attached screenshot the response which I received from the email which you have provided)

the Hotspot-ID is the hardware assignment of the spot. This has nothing to do with the contract. We want to see why the spot is no longer available or is it a login problem?

Can you be more technical? are you talking about MAC address of the devices from which i took the monthly tickets? 

 

We want to see why the spot is no longer available or is it a login problem?

is the spot no longer there? Then it is not a login problem. Without the ID of the spot, which you can also find in the app, we can't check anything.

Did i Mention that i have issue with login in my post? I have mentioned it is with the hotspot is not visible in wifi connections in any of devices. It could be issue with hotspot devices which a technical guys should know. Wondering why there is no proactive monitoring on when hotspot is not working.

 

 

Without the ID of the spot - AGAIN, PLEASE BE MORE TECHNICAL. Is it MAC ID or the WIFI name?

ERFD has already written you that you can find the ID in the Hotspot Finder App. Alternatively you can find the ID on this page.

When I'm unable to connect to Vodafone homespot how can I get the ID? 

 

Dont you guys know if any Vodafone Homespot is down or not working?
