I trusted Vodafone homespot and took 2 monthly homespot tickets for my home office. My trust towards vodafone did not go very well. It just worked for 1 week and then i could not even see the wifi name under wifi connections.
I have cancelled the tickets and dropped an email to support but no proper response.
My request is: I don’t want the payment to be deducted for next month.
Anyone who can help?

Hello Raj_Esh,
so you are unable to connect to any of these hotspots? Have you tried to use a different hotspots in the city? Nearly all of the homespots you sent the IDs from should be visible.
Kind regards
Claudia

Hi Raj_Esh,
no, this is not possible. I think the spots are too far away from your position. All are working as they should. They are private modems.
Kind regards
Marco

Hello @pRo-Marco
My basic/simple question: if you say those are far.. How come those were connected when buying the ticket? and it was working for a week?

Hi Raj_Esh,
the spots are nothing else than a W-LAN signal. Changes in the environment of the router can therefore cause the interference, even if it worked well before.
Best regards, Martin
