Homespot not working

Hello, Just bought one week homespot ticket, worked for like 10 minutes then went offline and when i try to reconnect, i get back to the access and ask me to buy another ticket... what i have to do?
I'm using the same device, and i can see the wifi of homespot and hotspot, same problem with both...
