I bought a weekly ticket for a Vodafone hotspot at my home yesterday. I decided (like an idiot) to not create an account, thinking that I will get a transaction number that I can use for reference. I did not get one! Despite the money being deducted from my credit card!
I used the internet for a maximum of 10 minutes before I lost connection. I have been unable to connect to the internet. The helpline number is in German and I cannot get any help in English. I lost my money for nothing and now comes the bad news - I see on the hotspot page that the the ticket renews automatically. Without a transaction number, I have no way of tracing the payment except the credit card number that I used and no way of canceling this recurring payment. Please help me reach customer care and cancel this connection I am unable to use!
