I called the Vodafone customer service at the end of September to cancel my Vodafone Hotspot contract. I was told that I'll get the confirmation by post. However, I still haven't received the mail so I'm not quite sure if the cancellation was successful. Is it possible to get a confirmation of the cancellation of my contract via email?

There's no notice on your contract. I have now taken care of it. You will receive the cancellation confirmation in the next few days.
@TinaOh no! So I still need to pay the period between October 1st and today even if I haven't used the service?
