Hello,
I have a vodafobe Kabel connection with tariff Internet & Phone 50. I noticed in my bill for November - option WLAN and option Homespot and I would like to cancel these services as I do not use them. I do not want to be charged for them starting with some month in the future.
Please cancel these services from my account, kindly let me know how to go about it.

I am sorry but I am not able find in the customer portal how to cancel the options. I am not even sure if I can see these options enabled, but I do see them in my monthly bill.
Please let me know if these options are free of cost and if so, for how many months? (My contract is expiring by January 2019). Otherwise, please help me cancel these options as I do not use them and do not want to pay for them.

your cancellation is stored in your customer data. I have immediately set this in due time. You will also receive a confirmation. Just have a look in your customer portal under documents.
