How to return back the remote control

Dear Madame/ Sir,

Upon the termination of my contract, I have sent back the cable receiver device by post, but later I discovered that I forgot to include the remote control in the box. Could you please advise me how to return it back? Is there a special form to use or just send it by regular mail?

you forgot to send back the remote isn't that bad. The most important thing is that you sent the device back.

You don't have to worry about it.
