Giga TV Box is not functioning

Hello,

my tv box doesnt seem to be working properly as it's not connecting to internet at all.

I have tried to connect via cable and wi-fi both, and the screen freezes most of the time when trying to connect to interenet.

I have restarted the box few ties but it just doesnt connect to internet at all. 

This problem started earlier today.

Hope someone can help.

By now, the issue has been fixed.

Please re-start your GigaTV Box.
