Not able to make or receive calls

Hi

I am not able to make or recieve calls from callya sim for last one week.

I am living in Eching.

Is anybody else also experiencing such issues?

Hello prabhat_kumar,

there is a Net-Event since 22.05. The connection between the stations is interrupted. The technicans are working on it and will fix the restriction as soon as possible.

Please be patient, we are working on a solution.
