Hello, I would like to report a malfunction in the CallYa  Calls/SMS network!  Data sind OK.

1. 89350

2. Dürrlauingen

3. Direktor-Schneller-Str.

4. Die Störung dauert ab Montag 23.11.2020

we had a big breakdown last week. Sending SMS is still partially restricted. See also here.

Nothing has changed today. Still no calls/sms, at least data traffic is ok.

restart your mobile phone completely, should it still not work, then go to settings on connections / mobile networks and there on network operator and search manually, then click on d1 Telekom, wait for the error message and select vodafone again.

Hallo Inken,

I have to thank you for the advice that actually helped me. Although I completely turned off my cell phone a couple of times last week, there was no improvement until your advice to manually select a network operator. Now everything is finally OK.
