Hi,
I appear to be having multiple issues?
1. My gigacube has decided it will not send or receive data!
The lte signal strength is high, the light on front is blue.
I've tried the obvious, turned it off and on again, factory reset, even went into Vodafone shop and they replaced the sim card. Still nothing!
A speedtest shows a ping speed of 32ms or better, but download speed comes back as 0.01Mbs and upload speed shows the same 0.01Mbs! This is unusable. A neighbour has exactly the same setup and theirs is working fine.
2. I still have a 2nd contract active even though I have cancelled it? I never received any information about the contract. No gigacube. Etc etc. It has never been activated or used yet I've been charged for it.
So I am currently paying for 2 gigacubes. I only own one and pretty much not getting any Internet at all since Tuesday 3rd Sept.
I'm also using the 125gb Web offer package.
