very slow internet (100kb/s) after activating [ENGLISH]

Hi there,

First of all, sorry to use English, my German does not allow me to talk to you?

I just activated by 200mbs line via cable (went to the process online, got the internet on the modem) but the line is reallyyyy slow. I mean that I have to wait 5 minutes to load a basic page

What I already did:

* Tested via ethernet and wifi,

* Changed the location of the modem as I have multiple cable optic entry

* Restarted the modem

* Tried do a speed test - but actually the line is so slow that I can not (time out), so yes, the number in the thread is a lower estimation

Any help would be appreciated!

which values do you reach at the speed test? Do you notice the slow connection the whole day or only at certain times?
