Hi,
I tried to talk with a technician but it was not possible to do it in English. My router (Vodafone Station) is not conecting any Wifi device on 2,4Ghz, only on 5Ghz. I had to buy a Wifi extension to have connection on 2,4Ghz.
Every time i try to contact customer service they only send me to this channel. What can i do?

Thanks for the infor.ation. now is different names but rhe same problem. I also try to assigned a less occupied channel, removed the band steering, reset the router, and go on. But the 2.4Ghz is not working. I have only 3 device that they have not the 5Ghz and they cannot connect to the 2.4Ghz as i said since the beginning.

Thank you for your answer, as i said in the previous post i already tried. I just did it and it doesn't work. So i put again the password and ssd that i was using. But again the 2.4Ghz does not work. Only the 5Ghz. In case, as i said before, i already try to set up one channel that the saturation is lower, removed the brand steering, reset from factory the router, and go on. But still doesn't work.
