new cable internet

I have taken cable internet. after installation. there is no internet. internet light is blinking red. is the issue with connection?

Hello,

I have new Kabel internet connection but there is No internet,Router LED flashes red from begining. The issue is from past 10 days. I have cancelled the Kabel contract but i got email to check with community support. they send me TV box also which i have not ordered.

I need to return the boxes as its not usefull.
