I have two problems. the first time how long the modem has to come if I made the contract and I pulled the 50 euro on it. And the second problem is that from a time once a week I get the waterphone costing 5 euros until the end on Monday I choose at 20 euros for nothing because my net remains every month and I call unlimited in all networks

Hi Sima1,

it takes 4 to 6 weeks from the order until the activation of your DSL connection.

The modem will be sent approximately 14 days before the activation date.
