internet interruptions daily and ZERO Upload speed

I tested on various speed tests, including Vodafone speed test of course. I have ZERO Upload and since the beginning of 2022 have 2-5 complete interruprions per day. What can be done?

I'm sorry that the connection is very slow and the connection keeps dropping. Please answer these points once to roughly narrow it down and so that we have a better overview. We like to have a look at it.
