continous disconnection , slow speed

Hallo,
Ich habe extreme Probleme mit meinem Internet.

Obwohl ich auf dem 400 MB Paket bin,
Ich bekomme regelmäßig 3 oder 4 MB Geschwindigkeit.

Das ist 1% der Geschwindigkeit, die ich bekommen sollte.

Ich erwarte nicht die ganze Zeit mit 400 MB,
aber mindestens 5 oder 10 mb die ganze zeit.

Zusätzlich,
Das Modem gibt ständig Probleme - alle Geräte werden ständig neu verbunden.
Das Signal ist einfach nicht stabil

Ich werde dieses Thema wirklich satt.

Bitte helfen Sie dringend.

I am facing extreme issues with my internet.

Even though i am on the 400mb package,
i am regularly getting 3 or 4mb speed.

That is 1% of the speed i should be getting.

i don’t expect 400mb all the time,
but at least 5 or 10 mb all the time.

Additionally,
the modem keeps giving issues - causing all devices to continuously reconnect.
the signal is just not stable

I am getting really sick and tired of this issue.

Please help urgently.

Hello ghazi,

 

the Superuser moved your thread from DSL to Cable, as it seems you have a cable connection. What does regularly mean, is the speed slow in the evening or all day, even on weekday mornings? How often do the reconnects happen per day? Please also send me a private message that contains your full name, address and the birth the of the contract owner.

please see this screenshot of a speed test.

on a 400mb package i am getting 4mb. 

that is 1% of the speed i should be gettign..

 

what is considered a compromise?

i dont expect 100% all the time.. but seriously.. dont u agree this is pathetic. 

combined with contsant wifi reload.. this is getting to be too much

Hello ghazi,

 

the receive level of some downstreams is a bit low. As you wrote in the first PM that the speed is slow at random times, I would suggest to send a technician to fix the signal. Can he call you under ***673 to make an appointment? If necessary he may replace the modem, to see if that fixes the WiFi disconnects.
