cancel technician appointment

Hello,

I have a vodafone DSL connection and this afternoon it is totally broken and not working. Frizbox shows the connection to the central DSL exchange cannot be established. The whole afternoon I had no network connection and I called vodafone to have a technician appointment.

But now ... after 6 hours ... everything is back to normal and DSL is working perfectly fine again. And now I want to cancel the technician appointment but cannot find a single link that can help.

Calling the customer service is the last thing I want to do as it took me on average 15 minutes to wait and the other end probably don't understand any English.

Can anybody help out here? Thanks a lot.

I'm glad that your connection is now working.

I assume that the appointment will be during the next 2 days?

In this case the appointment can not be canceled.

The appointment is free, so we will not charge you, if the line is already working.
