Hi,
I have a Vodafone Cable connection and for the past couple of hours my wifi is not working. I tried turning off the router and turning it on after 15 minutes for more than 5 times and even tried a hard reset. But the wifi is still not working eventhough all the lights are white.
Could someone please guide me to fix the issue. Thank you!

is it only wifi, that not works? Did you check the channel for wifi? If you want, we have some tips and trick in german: W-LAN optimieren
Can you try also a connection with ethernet? Are there some disconnects?
If it not help, tell us your post code and the typ of cablerouter.

Thanks for your reply.
I fixed it using the ethernet for the time being. In the past when I had a disconnection, normal restart would work but in the last couple of weeks, it is getting disconnected very often and it works only when I reset it completely each time.

the new modem will be on its way to you shortly. You can exchange it directly. It will log on on its own. You can then send the old router back to us free of charge within 14 days with the return slip.
