Vodafone Kable Internet Failure since one week, no support from Vodafone. Very disappointed with the customer service. Fault tickets are closed without resolving the problem and when you ask support / hotline they reply we don’t know why and who closed the ticket. Can someone help. Am really struggling to get my Internet connection fixed.
Vodafone website and customer page is only for selling not really friendly to care for customer complaints.

I opened this request for help on 23 Oct, can you tell me what solution did you/your team provide to help customer?
Why can’t you get all the details that you asked from my customer number? Don’t you have access to Vodafone application. I hope Vodafone will not give me Internet if I don’t provide the details.
So I don’t agree with you !
