Vodafone CableMax 1000, still No internet after 8days of installation.

I got the vodafone CableMax 1000 plan, got the vodafone station delevered. did a self installation as my building does not need a technician to install. I installed vodafone station as per instructions on 20th of June 2022. I still don't have a internet connection activated. its been 8 days already. please can some one help me with this.

I live in Berlin. Activated the online account on 20.06.2022.

please send me the name of the contract holder, the date of birth, the complete address, the customer number and a mobile phone number via PN .

The technician, connected the neccesary cable. internet is working now. Thanks to vodafone team
