My internet is very unstable lately. Some days everything is fine, some days I come back home and it keeps doing weird stuff.
One moment will be fine, then the internet starts going on and off white.
Or the phone will flash red.
Or everything will look fine but my PC wont find connections even if i switch different ethernet cables.
Im not sure what is causing such problems

what contract did you have and what modem did you use with that?
Are all cable connections ok?

Good morning,
I have a Red Internet & Phone 200 Cable.
My modem is a Vodafone station kablerouter. I dont know the exact model right now I can find it later when Im home.
When you say cable connections? I had slow internet when i first started the modem then after 2 days it was normal for 2 weeks. Now it started acting out. I didnt change the cable connections from what I recall. I tried 2 ethernet cables but both same results. The white cable is also plugged correctly from what I can tell.

it's a signal problem, that the cable-router lost the connection. We work on it.

Good morning,
So, my internet got fixed for the whole Saturday. Then on Sunday I had 4 more interruptions. One of them lasted over 20 minutes then around 3 more for just 2 minutes. Can you please check again what the issue seems to be?
Maybe its the modem? Im not sure, but it looks like everything else is fine besides the internet signal.

Hey PANOS,
the signal problem are fixed. It's not about this yesterday.
It can be the cable-router or the connection. There were a lot of interruptions at your place yesterday. If that is not better in the next time, a technician can look at this.
