Unable to get Technician appointment for DSL connection issue.

I am unable to get Technician appointment for my DSL connection issue. Everytime when i try to connect on over the call 0800172121 and try to speak in english then i got no response. 

Let me kow the step to connect operator. And also want technician appointent for my DSL connection issue. Having very bad experience.

I'm sorry that you are having issues with your connection.

You are using DSL? Then 0800 172 1212 is the correct number for you.

If you are using a cable connection you will find our contact data here .

You checked all cables and restarted the modem?
