Apologies for not using German, my language skills are not yet up to the task. For the last two weeks my router (Sagemcom 5460) will prevent an internet connection roughly twice a day, requiring a power cycle and twenty minute boot up before restoring internet. Is there a new firmware I need (current is

I can't detect any faults on the mains which could cause this problem for you. I would like to assign a technician to take a look at the connection on site. Is that okay for you?
