Service in english regarding my contract

I am a vodafone customer for two year in the internet cable.
In June 2019, a represantive of vodafone signed me on a new contract.
Today I got a new router and I don't understand why.

 I am trying to reach someone in vodafone service but without any success.

Is there any e mail adress to send my problem or service phone to talk to with?

Hi Yossi,


 can it be, that a completely new contract with a new customer number has been made? Then it is normal for new hardware to be shipped. Please check the order confirmation.
