We have had internet at our house for a year within the last 4 months it has gotten slower and slower and when I call Vodafone they say they working on the problem but nothing is getting better.
We also have mobile phones with Vodafone and we have no signal at our house at all. Everytime I call and say we need someone to come out and see what is going on they say call the technical line and when I do they drop the call and I never actually speak to anyone. I beleive I can cancel using a sonderkundigig which is a special reason for cancelling early and going with another supplier. I beleive that not getting the service we pay for is a good special reason. Please can someone help me get to the right person to solve my problem.
Remember that I can not call out on my phone as there is no signal so have to email or wifi call and I am beyond frustrated.
help anyone with a name or email of someone that will actually take notice
