(Just to be clear, this ALSO happens with WLAN. My Netflix is often interrupted and low-quality because of how bad the Wi-Fi is. But I tested with Ethernet just to make sure that it wasn't a Wi-Fi reception issue.)

I just did two tests in the morning to see if it's any different than in the evening, and it's much faster:
I'll keep doing more tests, but maybe this is just an evening problem — i.e., when people come home and watch Netflix.
Of course, it's still completely unacceptable. My evening speeds are almost unusable (especially for Netflix!).

the upstream utilisation is very high during the day, in order to lower it we will need to expand our net. I made a task for you and attached it to the major task for the net expansion. You will get an email when the task is closed. You made all speedtests in the evening, can you check the speed in the morning and send a result? Please use a direct ethernet connection for that.

@Claudia I posted some morning speed tests in my last comment. They were much faster.
If the net expansion is a "major task," I expect a big reduction in the cost of my home internet while this is issue is ongoing. I'm paying for 200Mbps, and regularly getting speeds of under 10Mbps. Furthermore, watching Netflix in the evening is often nearly impossible, except at extremely low video qualities, thus ruining the experience.
What can you offer in terms of a discount?

And if it's just for this quarter, does that mean Vodafone is committing to fixing this issue by end of March? That's already a really long time for how bad the internet has gotten. Is it possible to ensure it's fixed no later than that?
