Router delivery

Hi there, 

My router was supposed to arrive today and on the GLS shipping company website, it says that it is delivered. However, it was actually never delivered to our flat. 

Could you please let us know how this problem can be resolved?

please check the status of your package here: https://gls-group.eu/DE/de/paketverfolgung

Maybe the package has been delivered to a neighbour or an parcel shop near you.

If it has been delivered to a shop, you will find its address there, too.

If it has been deliverd to a neighbour, you will find his/her name there.
